At OCA, we believe quality education should be accessible. We strive to keep our tuition affordable, ensuring every family can invest in their child's future without financial strain.
Many schools advertise a lower tuition rate but then charge multiple other fees once you're in — books, curriculum, electives, graduation, parent involvement, and other required school expenses.
At OCA, your tuition covers the actual cost of your child's education.
That includes:
Books and curriculum alone can cost families hundreds of dollars per student at other schools. At OCA, they are already included in tuition.
Like most private schools, OCA has modest application and enrollment fees to process admissions and reserve classroom space. These costs are clearly disclosed upfront. Once your student is enrolled, we do not continue adding required academic fees throughout the school year.

These are the one-time and annual costs tied to securing and holding your child's spot — separate from tuition, and paid directly by families outside of any Step Up scholarship.
Due upon application. Non-refundable. Maximum $300 per family.
Due upon acceptance. Non-refundable. Secures your student's seat.
Charged to each student's tuition account in January. The fee becomes non-refundable on February 1. Payment confirms continued enrollment, secures your student's seat for the upcoming school year, and helps cover annual testing materials.
Once paid, registration fees reserve your student's place in class and cover ordering testing materials — this is the only enrollment-related cost outside of tuition itself.

Families across all income levels may apply for state-funded scholarships that can help cover private school tuition and other approved educational expenses.

We require all families to use the Tuition Management System for tuition payments.
We proudly accept Step-Up-For-Students Scholarships for qualified students. Please note, if these scholarships don't cover the total tuition & fees, parents are responsible for paying the difference. Adherence to attendance policies is required for scholarship participation. See full scholarship details on our homepage.
Our tuition includes all core subjects and up to two electives. There is no separate curriculum or books fee — all curriculum is included in the tuition cost.
Our Extended Care program is available for enrolled students who have applied for Extended Care. Monthly rates for extended care will be included in your Tuition Management Program. OCA operates a focused 4-day academic week, with optional Friday Enrichment and Extended Care available for families who need a 5-day schedule.

After Care Late Fees: If your child is not picked up by 6:00pm, a late charge will be added to your statement — $25.00 for the first ten minutes and $2.00 for each additional minute. All other incidental billing will be charged to the Tuition Management Program.
