A personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ You are an active, committed member of a Bible-believing local church, and your life outside of school reflects what we teach inside it.
Full agreement with our Statement of Faith Every employee reads and signs the Oasis Christian Academy Statement of Faith and agrees to uphold the school's standards of conduct.
Level 2 background screening All staff complete fingerprinting and a Level 2 background screening before their first day on campus, as required for Florida private schools participating in state scholarship programs.
A heart for partnering with families Our model depends on close communication with parents. We want people who are warm, responsive, and comfortable working alongside families rather than around them.
Professional references Please be ready to provide three references, including your pastor or a spiritual leader who knows you well.
